Shining Raichu features perhaps the most vibrant color palette of any Neo Destiny Shining. Where most Shinings use darker, moodier tones, Raichu's shiny form is a warm orange-gold that practically glows against the holographic background.
Raichu is Pikachu's evolved form β and while it's always lived in the mascot's shadow, it has a devoted fanbase that appreciates its more mature, powerful design. The Shining treatment gives Raichu a moment in the spotlight it rarely gets.
The card's Thunderspark attack can deal 20 damage to every benched PokΓ©mon, making it one of the more gameplay-relevant Shinings. But nobody's playing these in 2026 β they're investment pieces and display gems.
